Breathe

Hallo- Breathe in

The first thing you need to do the day you were born is breathe.

The thing your mother does the most after you're born is to check if you're breathing.

When you cry after a fall or going through agonizing pain, they always say "deep breaths"

When you are overwelmed the best thing to do is breathe. When your your body is tense, breathing helps.

In all the finest arts the most crucial part of technique is to breathe.

It is the very thing that a karate master, showcase dancer, vocalist  and woman in labour has in common.

It is considered a very important part of most spiritual practices. God breathed into us when he created man.

Without breath there is no life, it takes a breath to bring the dead to life.

It is the first thing we do when we enter this world, and the last thing when we leave.

Hallo- Breathe in

Goodbye- Breathe out
